1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a license or using buzz-line software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License Grant
A valid license key grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to deploy and run buzz-line on your own infrastructure for commercial use. The single-site tier allows one production site per license, and the unlimited-sites tier allows unlimited production sites. Both tiers cover unlimited team members and unlimited conversations.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software or license key
- Share your license key with third parties or use it across unrelated organisations
- Remove or modify license validation mechanisms
- Use the software to build a competing product or service
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@buzz-line.com with your purchase details. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated.
5. Data Handling
buzz-line is self-hosted software. Your customer conversations, user data, and message content stay on your infrastructure. We do not have access to, collect, or store your support conversations. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we do collect.
6. Availability and Support
We provide the software as-is. While we aim to respond to support requests promptly, we do not guarantee specific response times or uptime for the license validation API. Your self-hosted deployment operates independently of our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, buzz-line and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to license holders. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
