The short version

Your conversations stay on your server. We never see them. We only collect what we need to sell you a license and deliver it.

1. What We Collect

When you purchase a license, we collect:

  • Email address — provided at checkout to deliver your license key and send purchase receipts
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers or bank details
  • License key usage — your server pings our license API to validate your key; we log the key hash and timestamp, not your server content

2. What We Don't Collect

  • We do not track visitors to your website through the chat widget
  • We do not store, read, or have access to your customer support conversations
  • We do not use analytics trackers, cookies, or fingerprinting on the chat widget
  • We do not sell or share any data with third parties for marketing

3. Self-Hosted Architecture

buzz-line is self-hosted software. All customer conversations, message content, user metadata, and Telegram interactions are processed and stored entirely on your infrastructure. Our servers are only involved in license key validation.

We retain your email and license information for as long as your license is active. If you request a refund, we deactivate your key and delete your email from our systems within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to license holders.
